As an objective third party, we can provide insight on how best to present your home to receive top dollar. For a $350 fee, you will receive a one-hour walkthrough of your home followed by a detailed written report and checklist with suggestions on how best to prepare your home with existing furniture.

This service includes designing your spaces, creating function in each room and selecting items from your existing furniture and supplementing with our rental furniture and accessories as needed. Following the staging consultation, an estimate will be provided. We will arrange everything to be picture perfect for your photographs and showings. Our design fee is $55/hour per stager. Rental and delivery fees are an additional cost.
